- ½ cup of Sour Cream
- ¾ cup On The Border® Salsa
- 2 cups Colby or Jack Cheese, shredded
Mix ingredients in a 1 ½ Qt. microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 4 minutes. Serve with On The Border® Tortilla Chips.
