Summer Medley Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup red cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted tomato and basil feta cheese 
  • fresh ground pepper, to taste 
  • 1 bag On The Border Naturals Multi Grain Tortilla Chips (or other preferred flavor)

Directions:

Halve all tomatoes and place in a decorative bowl. Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Serve as a delicious topping for OTB Naturals Multi Grain Tortilla Chips. Makes 2 cups.
