Ingredients:
- 1 cup red cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. roasted garlic olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted tomato and basil feta cheese
- fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 1 bag On The Border Naturals Multi Grain Tortilla Chips (or other preferred flavor)
Directions:
Halve all tomatoes and place in a decorative bowl. Gently mix in remaining ingredients. Serve as a delicious topping for OTB Naturals Multi Grain Tortilla Chips. Makes 2 cups.
