Ingredients:

• 1 bunch (6-8) green onions, chopped
• 1 red pepper, chopped fine
• 3-6 jalapenos chopped
• 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
• 2 tomatoes, diced
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
• 1 can black beans, drained
• 1 can black eyed peas, drained
• 1 can white yellow corn (or substituted fresh steamed corn) 
• 8 oz. bottle Zesty Italian Dressing 
• 1 bag On The Border Naturals Fiesta Lime Tortilla Chips (or other preferred flavor)

Directions:

Pour dressing over all and mix thoroughly. Let refrigerate at least an hour. Serve with tortilla chips or toast points, etc.
