Ingredients:
- 1 cup red cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup yellow pear tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. roasted garlic & sea salt seasoning
- 1/2 cup finely grated fresh parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted tomato & basil feta cheese
- 1/2 cup extra virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup avocado, diced
- 1 cup trail mix with dried fruit
- 5 pinches rosemary (dried or fresh)
- 1 bag On The Border Organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips (or your preferred flavor)
Directions:
Dice all tomatoes and place in a decorative bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently.
