Spicy Pinwheels
Large Serving
Ingredients:
1 jar 16oz HOT OTB Salsa
1 pkg. of 20 or more of tortillas
3, 8oz. Cream Cheese
Fresh Hatch Green Chili - amount depends on your own taste (Used 6 peppers chopped)
Palm full of Cheddar cheese for texture
Directions:
Mix all together, cut tortillas in a square shape, then spread mix and roll, chill for half hour to an hour then cut into smaller bites.

- Sour Cream
Directions:
Mix enough On The Border Salsa with a carton of fat free sour cream, to taste. Fantastic kick, but smooth and tastes, oh, so rich and healthy. Tastes wonderful on salads!
